Hall hire bookings

Outside of our own meeting times (generally weekday termtime evenings) the Hall is available for private hire until mid evening. There is a single rate of £12.00 per hour (as at January 2009) for use of the Hall, with reductions for regular hirers.

[main hall - click to enlarge]Known locally as 'Dell Lane HQ', the Scout & Guide HQ is in a quiet private road behind Stoneleigh's local shopping centre - ideally placed for the Fish & Chip shop and late opening Co-op & Budgens, and adjacent to the bus stop and train station! Use Transport Direct to plan your journey to Dell Lane.

Ideal for pilates, keep fit, badminton, yoga, dancing, general meetings and especially children's parties, with recent refurbishment throughout to incorporate accessible facilities and baby changing.

Our youth organisations use the premises most evenings during term time, paying a rent from their 'subs' which represents a considerable proportion of their own income. By using our premises you will make a significant contribution to the running costs of the building, and directly support the local Scout & Guide Associations.

Sorry, but based on past experiences we do not let to teenage parties, nor do we allow alcohol on the premises.
